Happy TOC Tuesday FeastFam! (just made that name up, what y'all think?)  Today we're talking one of my favorite topics in the health & wellness industry - intermittent fasting.  What is intermittent fasting? Well, much like this blog intermittent fasting is best kept short, sweet, and to the point.  It is a style of dieting thats not even truly a diet! It's more of an eating pattern. Based around short windows of eating, typical intermittent fast splits are either 16 hours long every day, or (2) 24 hour fasts twice a week.  This eating pattern is so effective and popular because, frankly, most of us forget to eat throughout the day anyways.
