    I really enjoyed listening to this. I’d say that I’ve suffered with fatigue lately and sometimes just don’t have the energy to give my all when working out. I’m pretty sure it’s the foods that I’m eating which, at times, I find I skip meals which I know isn’t healthy. A few months ago I really started eating healthy (or at least I think I was) but still felt sluggish. Any feedback on this is appreciated. Thx!
