Our meals are single serving and meant to feed one average adult. Each meal usually weighs around 15 ounces and average 400 calories. Typically, our meals fall between 250-700 calories. We recommend 5 meals per week for the average adult.
We recommend eating meals within 5 days for maximum freshness if you're refrigerating. Our meals containers are also freezer safe for extended storage. No matter how you store them, be sure to heat your food to an internal temperature of 170ºF.
That is truly preference! We recommend a regular microwave on high for 2-3 minutes for convenience. Ultimately, just make sure the internal temperature of the food is 170ºF.
Yes we accommodate a variety of dietary preferences! Our menu is always peanut and gluten free, and mostly dairy free. Simply note your preferences including any allergies at checkout.
